Gitanjali Gems prices GDR at US$ 9.67

Gitanjali Gems Ltd has announced that the Company has priced its US$180 million Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) offering (including an over-allotment option of up to US$30 million) at US$ 9.67 per GDR. Each GDR represents one equity share of the Company of nominal value of Rs 10 each. The issue was priced on December 11, 2007.

The GDRs are proposed to be listed on the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.

J P Morgan Securities Ltd is acting as the Global Coordinator, Sole Book-runner and Lead Manager and Jefferies International Ltd is acting as Co-Manager for this transaction.
