Tonira Pharma cancels preferential allotment of warrants

Tonira Pharma Ltd has announced that the Company has not acted upon the resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 10, 2007, for preferential allotment of 21,00,000 convertible warrants to promoter and non-promoter group.

Further the Company has informed that, the statutory time limit as per guidelines for preferential issue is over and no allotment for preferential warrant was made within the aforesaid statutory time limit and it is treated as cancelled.

The Company has no plans to take fresh consent of members for preferential allotment in near future.
