Bajaj Finance allots 1,451,080 equity shares

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL) has, at its meeting held on 22 February 2018 i.e. today allotted 1,451,080 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each at the respective grant prices to the Trustees of BFL Employee Welfare Trust under the BFL Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009.

Shares of Bajaj Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.1598.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1633.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 77483 in over 5778 trades.
