Pidilite Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has been advised by Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd (SGX-ST) that the Company's Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds aggregating to USD 40 million due on 2012, have been listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange with effect from 9 a.m. (Singapore time) Friday, December 07, 2007.
