Indo Asian Fusegear approves conversion of warrants

Indo Asian Fusegear Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 07, 2007, has approved the allotment of 7,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to a promoter on conversion of 7,50,000 Warrants.
