- Allotted on : September 24, 2007

2. Name of the Party : Mr. Prabir Kumar Ghosh
- No. of Shares : 1,000
- Allotted on : October 08, 2007

3. Name of the Party : Mr. Dinesh Prasad Sinha
- No. of Shares : 500
- Allotted on : October 08, 2007

Further the Company has informed that, the allotment of the above shares is subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities.
