DCB Bank allots 98000 shares

DCB Bank has issued and allotted 98,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on January 25, 2018, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,80,02,443 shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.182.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 183.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 121296 in over 1110 trades.
