AXIS Bank allots 85150 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 85,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 23.01.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,85,36,334 (256,42,68,167 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,87,06,634 (256,43,53,317 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.618.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 611.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 822119 in over 9950 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 627.5 and intraday low of 611.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 509057063.
