MSK Projects allots 470753 Equity Shares

MSK Projects India Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2007 has allotted 4,70,753 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each upon conversion of US $ 1 Million FCCBs to the holder of FCCBs.

Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid-up Capital of the Company stands increased to 2,28,21,112 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
