Jagson Airlines Converts 9521780 Share Warrants into Equity Shares

Jagson Airlines Ltd has announced that in accordance with the terms of issue and allotment of 95,21,780 fully paid up Share Warrant (convertible into Equity Shares) of Rs 10/- each issued at Rs 20.11 per share (being inclusive of premium of Rs 10.11/- per share warrant) to and held by M/s. Jagson International Ltd are converted into 9521780 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each and this 9521780 Equity shares issued to M/s. Jagson International Ltd shall rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company.
