Pioneer Distilleries to consider allotment of 7 Lakh Warrants

Pioneer Distilleries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Share Issue and Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on December 03, 2007, inter alia, to consider the allotment of upto 7,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 53/- per share warrant (inclusive of a premium of Rs 43/-) on Preferential Basis to promoters and Non Promoters as approved by the Members at the EGM held on October 25, 2007.
