Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited completes Qualified Institutional Placement

The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 28th December, 2017, approved the issue and allotment of 69,34,812 Equity Shares to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 360.50 per Equity Share, (including a premium of Rs. 350.50 per Equity Share).

The meeting of the Committee commenced at 3.30 PM and concluded at 4.00 PM.

Shares of Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.399.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 406.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22404 in over 410 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 412.45 and intraday low of 398.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9011740.
