NCL Industries Ltd allots 85 lakh shares

The Share Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of NCL Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e .December 14, 2017 has allotted 85,00,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.227.50 per equity share aggregating to Rs.20,187.50 lacs.

Shares of NCL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.239.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 243.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2636 in over 60 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 244.75 and intraday low of 235.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 630718.
