Gujarat NRE Coke allots 1909845 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 26, 2007, has issued and allotted 19,09,845 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 38.04 per share pursuant to Conversion Notice(s) received from the holder(s) of FCCBs.
