Bhatinda Chemicals allots 17.5 Lakh Shares on preferential basis

Bhatinda Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 28, 2007, has allotted 17,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each in the capital of the Company on preferential basis.
