AXIS Bank allots 113700 sharesAXIS Bank has allotted 1,13,700 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 04.12.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,68,39,920 (239,84,19,960 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,70,67,320 (239,85,33,660 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
