Themis Medicare Ltd approves allotment of 125000 shares

The Board of Directors of Themis Medicare Ltd has today, through resolution passed by circulation approved allotment of 125000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, fully paid-up upon conversion of warrants into Equity Shares to four of the Promoters.
