Intellvisions Software to consider preferential allotment of warrants

Intellvisions Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 28, 2007, to consider, approve and allot 11,00,000 (Eleven Lacs) Convertible warrants at the exercise price of Rs 126/- per warrant on Preferential Basis as per SEBI Guidelines subject to getting the in principal approval from the Stock Exchange for allotting the aforesaid convertible warrants.
