Jagson Airlines to consider conversion of warrants

Jagson Airlines Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 29, 2007, to consider conversion of 9521780 Share Warrants of Rs 10/- each into Equity Shares for which Company has received request from the Warrant holders.
