IOL Broadband to consider issue of securities, change name

IOL Broadband Ltd will be securing the consent of the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolution on issue of equity / equity warrants by way of preferential issue to the individuals / corporate bodies under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 and Change of name of the Company.
