EMCO Ltd allots 66,666 shares

The ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of EMCO Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e. November 16, 2017 has allotted 66,666 (Sixty Six Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty six) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock option under its Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2011.

The allotted shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect. In the allotment, no shares are allotted to the directors of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 13,56,85,098/- (6,78,42,549 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) from Rs. 13,55,51,766/- (6,77,75,883 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each)

Shares of EMCO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.17.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24144 in over 121 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.75 and intraday low of 17.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 434936.
