Blue Star Ltd allots 33150 shares

The Share Transfer Committee of Blue Star Limited ('the Company') has vide its resolution dated November 15, 2017 allotted 33,150 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 9,58,65,138 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 19,17,30,276/-
