Vision Corporation to allot 49 Lakh shares at Rs 14

Vision Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 01, 2007, to make an allotment of 49,00,000 (Forty Nine Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at premium of Rs 4/- (Rupees Four) each on preferential basis.
