DCM Shriram Industries to allot warrants on preferential basis at Rs 90

DCM Shriram Industries Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company authorised by the Board, has fixed the price of the shares to be allotted against the Warrants to be allotted on Preferential basis to the Promoters / Promoters group / Persons Acting in Concert at Rs 90 per equity share i.e. at a premium of 74% over the price arrived at as per SEBI Pricing formula.

The stock closed the day at Rs.88.05, up by Rs.4.15 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.88.05 and low of Rs.88.05.

The total traded quantity was 30811 compared to 2 week average of 26320.
