Equitas Holdings Ltd receives listing approval for 267021 shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of Equitas Holdings Ltd has, on October 3, 2017, approved allotment of 2,67,021 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options vide Resolution by Circulation dated October 3, 2017. The Company has applied for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE and obtained listing approval vide their letter dated 11th October, 2017.

Shares of Equitas Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.140 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 140.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 168960 in over 1154 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 142.25 and intraday low of 139. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23791499.
