Mafatlal Industries Ltd grants 138000 options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Mafatlal Industries Ltd has at their Meeting held today approved the grant of 1,38,000 employees stock options to certain Senior Management Employees of the Company under Mafatlal Employee Stock Option Scheme,2017(ESOS.
