Net 4 India calls for EGM on Dec 10, 2007 to issue shares on preferential basis

Net 4 India Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 10, 2007, inter alia, to create, issue / offer and allot 5,00,000 (Five Lakh) equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 90/- per share aggregating to Rs 5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crore) to Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd whether or not they are members of the Company, on preferential allotment basis to the extent and in one or more tranches and in the manner as may be decided by the Board in this behalf, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
