SKP Securities to issue 565000 shares at Rs 51

SKP Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 19, 2007, has approved the issue of 5,65,000 equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 51/— per share which includes a premium of Rs 41/- per share, on preferential basis in accordance with Chapter XIII of the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 to Strategic Investors not belonging to the promoter Group.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on December 15, 2007 for approval of the above.
