Vide resolution dated October 25, 2017, the Nomination and Remuneration and Compensation Committee of Vakrangee Limited has approved and granted 372100 number of options to eligible employees of the company at a price of Rs. 274.65/- per option under its Vakrangee Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOP Scheme 2014).
