Parenteral Drugs allots 56,00,000 Bonus shares

Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2007, has allotted 56,00,000 (Fifty Six Lacs) fully paid up, equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10/- each as Bonus Shares to the eligible Shareholders of the Company as on the record date.
