Facor Steels to consider fund raising proposal

Facor Steels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the proposal for availing External Commercial Borrowing for funding the proposed Forged Round Bar expansion project and modernization of Steel Melting Shop of the Company.
