Majesco Ltd approves allotment of 37418 equity shares

At the meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee today viz. October 6, 2017 has allotted 37418 equity shares of Rs. 5 each to employees who exercised their vested options under the company's Employee Stock Option schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company in all respects.

The paid up share capital of the company stands increased to 2,35,70,517 equity shares amounting to Rs. 11,78,52,585.

Shares of Majesco Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.444.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 438.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29311 in over 864 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 451 and intraday low of 438.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13039509.
