HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 2603700 equity shares

HDFC Bank has allotted today 2603700 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5162785834 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5167993234 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1798.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1824.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 78206 in over 1985 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1826 and intraday low of 1793.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 141110859.
