Financial Technologies allots shares on GDRs

Financial Technologies India Ltd has announced that with reference to the issue of 10,121,461 GDRs, subject to Over-allotment Option (Green-shoe Option) of 1,518,216 GDRs, whereby seven GDR represents one share of nominal value of Rs 2/- each, the Company has concluded successfully the aforesaid GDR issues in two tranches including Green-Shoe Option and allotted 1445923 and 216888 equity shares respectively.
