Capri Global Capital Limited grants 14,12,500 Stock options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Capri Global Capital Limited at its meeting held on 19th September, 2017 has granted 14,12,500 Stock options under ESOP 2009 (Scheme) to the employees of the Company.

These Stock Options shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.

Shares of Capri Global Capital Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.132.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 120.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 545962 in over 3752 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 132.35 and intraday low of 115. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 70722957.
