InterGlobe Aviation Ltd approves QIP issue price as Rs. 1130

The 'Issue of Securities Committee' (the 'Committee') of the Board of Directors of InterGlobe Aviation Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. September 18, 2017, has determined and approved the Issue Price of Rs. 1,130 per Equity Share for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers in the Issue.

The committee also approved and adopted the Prospectus dated September 18, 2017, in connection with the Issue.
