AXIS Bank allots 33750 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 33,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 18.09.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,52,50,548 (239,76,25,274 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs.479,53,18,048 (239,76,59,024 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.523.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 517.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 267636 in over 3219 trades.
