Surana Telecom allots 33,95,600 shares at Rs 31

Surana Telecom Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 08, 2007, inter alia, has accorded their approval for the allotment of 33,95,600 Equity Share Warrants of Face Value of Rs 5/- each at a price of Rs 31/- per share warrant convertible into Equity Shares on a Preferential Basis to the following investors as mentioned in the table below, for which the members accorded their approval at their EGM dt. October 13, 2007:

1. M/s. Foster Capital Ventures Ltd - Non-Promoter - 20,00,000 No of Warrants to be allotted

2. M/s. Trimurthi Advisory Services Pvt Ltd - Non-Promoter - 3,00,000 No of Warrants to be allotted

3. M/s. Bhagyanagar Ventures Ltd - Promoter - 10,95,600 No of Warrants to be allotted.
