Orbit Corporation allots NCDs

Orbit Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 08, 2007, has approved to issue and allot 2000 Secured Redeemable Non convertible Debentures (NCD's) of Rs 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs 200 Crores through private placement, to LIC Mutual Fund.
