KS Oils allots shares for GDR

KS Oils Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 08, 2007, has approved the allotment of 1,90,93,100 equity shares of Rs 1 each in favour of Custodian underlying the GDR's Issue of USD 20.52 Million.
