Lok Housing allots 26,08,650 equity shares

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that the Subscribers of the Convertible Warrants have exercised their option to convert their 26,08,650 Warrants into Equity Shares.

The Allotment Committee of the Company have allotted 26,08,650 Equity Shares to the Warrant Holders on November 08, 2007.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.181.60, down by Rs.4.35 or 2.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.186.80 and low of Rs.178.

The total traded quantity was 86132 compared to 2 week average of 296608.
