Zenith Birla India Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Zenith Birla India Ltd, at their Meeting held today, have amongst other matters considered and approved the issue of equity shares on preferential basis to Birla Precision Technology Limited, Promoter group Company with subject to Members' approval.
