Alphageo India allots 5,50,000 warrants

Alphageo India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2007, has allotted 5,50,000 convertible warrants to the following Promoter and Promoter group of the Company:

1. Sri. A Dinesh - 1,50,000 No of Warrants Allotted.

2. Smt. Kamala Rajupet - 80,000 No of Warrants Allotted.

3. M/s. Aquila Drilling Pvt Ltd - 3,20,000 No of Warrants Allotted.
