Madhav Marbles Seeks EGM approval to raise US$15 Million

Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on November 30, 2007, for seeking members approval, for an issuance of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB5) / or any other form of receipts or instruments or securities convertible into equity shares upto USD 15 Millions or equivalent thereof, subject to necessary permissions, sanctions, approvals and applicable provisions of law.
