DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 23825 shares

DCB Bank Limited has allotted 23,825 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on August 21, 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,77,25,943 shares of Rs.10/- each.
