AXIS Bank allots 57540 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 57,540 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 16.08.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,47,54,818 (239,73,77,409 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,48,69,898 (239,74,34,949 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.499.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 491.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 325758 in over 3829 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 501.25 and intraday low of 488.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 160292709.
