Emco allots 300000 shares on Preferential basis

Emco Ltd has announced that the Preferential Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2007, have allotted 3,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 715/- per share to the Promoter and THE Managing Director viz Mr. Shailesh Jain on exercise of option attached to warrants allotted to him on preferential basis on May 08, 2006, pursuant to special resolution passed by the Members at their Extra-Ordinary Meeting held on April 01, 2006.
