Balkrishna Paper Mills Ltd allots 25 lakh CRPS

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Balkrishna Paper Mills Ltd in their meeting held on 9th August, 2017 have allotted 25,00,000 - 9% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each for cash at par on Private Placement basis to Siyaram's Silk Mills Limited.
