Jindal Saw allots 1,02,352 shares to Morgan Stanley, HSBC

Jindal Saw Ltd has announced that 1,02,352 equity shares of Rs 10/- each have been allotted to Morgan Stanley and Co. International PLC, HSBC Custody and Clearing S.K. Ahire Marg, Worli, Mumbai at the pre-determined rate of Rs 675/- per share on conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds into equity shares.
