Amtek India allots 584,996 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs

Amtek India Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2007, has allotted 584,996 equity shares at Rs 120.12/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 1.60 million.
